This privacy policy has been complied to better serve those who are concerned with how their "Personally Identifiable Information" (PII) is being used in house or online. Our site is scanned at regular intervals for security checks and known vulnerabilities in order to make visits as safe as possible. We use Malware Scanning and filtering options. We don't use an SSL type certificate. The site is information and linking purposes. We never ask for personal information via this site.

Use of "cookies".

We do not use cookies for tracking purposes. You can choose to have your computer warn you each time a cookie is being sent, or you can choose to turn off all cookies. CalOPPA is the first state law in the nation to require commercial websites and online services to post a privacy policy. Users can visit our site anonymously. Once the privacy policy is created, we will add a link to it on our homepage or as a minimum, on the first significant page after entering our website. Our Privacy Policy link includes the word "Privacy" and can easily be found on the page specified above. You will be notified of any changes to the Privacy Policy, via the page itself. Changes to your personal information can be done in person or by email.

Do Not Track signals.

Currently our site does not take part in Tracking, however we do not control any third-party entity that our site may need to interact with for purposes of normal operation or conducting business. Please follow the protocol set forth within your browser to proceed with a Do Not Track (DNT) signal.

COPPA (Children Online Privacy Protection Act)

Our company nor does our site market to or intend to market to any child under the age of 13 years of age. By practice and by rule our company will only conduct business with persons over the age of 18. When it comes to the collection of personal information from children under the age of 13 years, the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) puts the parents in control. The Federal Trade Commission, United State's consumer protection agency, enforces the COPPA Rule, which spells out what operators of websites and online services must do to protect children's privacy and safety online.
